1. Introduction
Welcome to Alovhost Ltd. ("Alovhost",
"we", "us", "our"). These Terms &
Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our hosting
services and establish the legal relationship between you
("User", "Customer") and Alovhost Ltd.
By using our services, you agree to all the terms in
this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services
immediately.
This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy
Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Data Processing
Agreement (DPA).
2. Services Provided
Alovhost Ltd. provides web hosting services,
including but not limited to:- Shared
Hosting
- Virtual
Private Servers (VPS)
- Dedicated
Servers
- Domain
Registration & Management
- SSL
Certificates & Security Solutions
All services are subject to availability and are
provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Account Registration & Customer
Responsibilities
3.1 Eligibility- You
must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- If
you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority
to bind the company to this Agreement.
3.2 Account Information & Security- You
are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- You
must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- If
your account is compromised due to negligence, Alovhost is not
responsible for any loss or damage.
3.3 Unauthorized Use- If
we detect unauthorized access or activities violating our policies,
we may suspend or terminate your account.
- Sharing
or reselling accounts without permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibited
Activities
By using Alovhost services, you agree not to:- Engage
in illegal activities, including hacking, phishing, or
fraud.
- Distribute
malware, ransomware, viruses, or harmful software.
- Overload
our servers with excessive resource consumption.
- Host
copyrighted content without proper authorization.
- Engage
in spam, DDoS attacks, or abusive behavior.
- Use
our services to host adult content, hate speech, or extremist material.
Alovhost reserves the right to monitor accounts and take
action against any violations, including suspension or termination
without notice.
5. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:- Credit/Debit
Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrencies
(via CryptoMus)
5.2 Billing & Invoicing- Payments
are charged in advance and must be paid in full before
service activation.
- Invoices
are generated automatically and must be paid on time to avoid
service suspension.
5.3 Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention- Any
unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate
suspension of your account.
- Alovhost
may report fraudulent activity to legal authorities.
5.4 Refund Policy
5.4.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Shared
Hosting Only)- You
can request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing a Shared
Hosting plan.
5.4.2 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:- VPS
& Dedicated Servers
- Domain
Registrations
- SSL
Certificates
- Additional
IPs, Licenses, and One-Time Charges
6. VPS & Dedicated Server Terms
6.1 Customer Responsibility- Customers
are fully responsible for configuring, managing, and securing their
servers.
- Customers
must ensure that their activities comply with local and international
laws.
- All
installed software, licenses, and configurations are solely the customer's
responsibility.
6.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not use VPS or Dedicated Servers for:- Hosting
illegal activities, such as hacking, fraud, or piracy.
- Engaging
in mass email spamming or phishing.
- Storing
or distributing malware, botnets, or ransomware.
6.3 No Managed Services- Alovhost
does not provide managed support for VPS or Dedicated
Servers.
- Customers
must handle all technical, security, and maintenance aspects of
their servers.
6.4 Data Loss & Backups- Customers
are responsible for backing up their own data.
- Alovhost
is not liable for data loss due to server failures, customer
actions, or cyberattacks.
6.5 Uptime Guarantee & Service Level
Agreement (SLA)- Alovhost
guarantees a 99.9% uptime.
- Scheduled
maintenance may temporarily affect uptime.
6.6 Suspension & Termination- We
reserve the right to suspend or terminate servers used for illegal
or abusive activities.
7. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
Alovhost Ltd. is registered with the Information
Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration reference ZB820226
and complies with UK GDPR.
For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy and Data
Processing Agreement (DPA).
8. Third-Party Services & Data Centers- Alovhost
may use third-party providers for hosting infrastructure.
- We
do not disclose specific data center providers, but all comply with
UK data protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability- Services
are provided "as is" and "as available".
- Alovhost
does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
- Alovhost
is not liable for:
- Any
direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Any
loss of data, including failures or cyberattacks.
- Any
third-party service interruptions affecting availability.
- Our
liability is limited to the total amount paid for services in the last
3 months.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution- These
Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any
disputes must be resolved in UK courts.
11. Amendments & Updates- We
may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued
use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the
new Terms.
12. Force Majeure
Alovhost shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.),
- War, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest,
- Government regulations, sanctions, or restrictions,
- Power outages, internet service provider failures, or infrastructure malfunctions,
- Cyberattacks or large-scale system failures.
- In such cases, Alovhost will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and resume services as soon as possible.
